/KASE, October 27, 2022/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC, whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the sole shareholder dated October 14, 2022, A. Maliev was excluded from the
composition of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazTransGas Aimak
JSC consists of four people: Kh. Maksut, N. Suleimenov, B. Aliev, Zh. Jiyenbekov.
