/IRBIS, December 1, 03/ - On November 28 of 2003 National company "Kazakstan temir zholy" CJSC (NC KTZh CJSC, Astana), which is the first-class issuer of promissory notes with rediscount limit equaling to KZT1.5 bn., issued common commercial six-month promissory notes for KZT100 m. Message of Treasury department of NC KTZh CJSC, which was presented to IRBIS for spreading, says about it. Financial operator of the issue is Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan OJSC (Almaty).
