/KASE, October 26, 2022/ – KEGOC JSC, whose securities are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on November 30, 2022 at 11:30
o'clock, with the only issue on the meeting agenda being the issue "On approval
of the revised Charter of KEGOC JSC".
