BANK CASPIAN JSC (Kazakhstan) informed about the 1st coupon payment on its bonds of the 2nd issue

/KASE, November 28, 03/ - BANK CASPIAN JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that on November 28 of 2003, in accordance with issue terms, the bank paid the first coupon interest to holders of indexed on tenge devaluation level bonds of the second issue (KZ2CKY07A743; KASE's official "А" listing category; CSBNb2; KZT20,000, KZT3,100.0 m.; May 28, 03 - May 28, 10, semi- annual coupon 9.5% APR). According to the issuer's information sum of the coupon payment was KZT147,250,000.00. Judging on the mentioned charged sum by register fixation date (October 28, 03) the whole volume of registered bonds was in circulation. [2003-11-28]
