/KASE, October 4, 2022/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated September 28,
2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of
Directors:
- removed: Y. Karashukeev – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: K. Sharlapaev – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC consists of ten people: A. Smailov, T.
Suleimenov, R. Sklyar, Y. Zhamaubaev, A. Kuantyrov, K. Uskenbayev, K.
Sharlapaev, Klaus Mangold, Thomas Mirow, Philip Yeo.
