/KASE, October 14, 2022/ – Ai Karaauyl JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on October 26,
2022 at 10:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- termination of powers of M. Shabanbayev as the company president;
- election and appointment of the company president Y. Ishmukhamedov;
- determination of the amount and terms of payment of remuneration and
compensation of expenses to members of the Board of Directors for the
performance of their duties.
