/KASE, November 26, 03/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in the official "А" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange CJSC (KASE), has informed KASE with the official letter about the fact that in accordance with the resolution of the Board of directors of Bank CenterCredit OJSC the banks sold a part of shares of Oil insurance company OJSC (Almaty), which it had held. After the mentioned sale of shares Bank CenterCredit OJSC owns 14.0% of total number of floated shares of Oil insurance company OJSC. [2003-11-26]
