/KASE, October 13, 2022 / – "Fincraft" Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on
November 28, 2022 via absentee voting with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
of the company;
- on changing the location of the executive body and the legal address of the
company;
- on the amendment to the charter of the company;
- on determining the person authorized to sign the amendment to the charter of
the company;
- on the definition of an audit organization that audits the activities of the
company for 2022, 2023, 2024.
