/KASE, October 13, 2022/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC, whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the sole shareholder dated October 7, 2022, the following persons were
elected to the Board of Directors:
- A. Kassenov – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- Kh. Makssut – member of the Board of Directors;
- S. Daukei – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazTransGas
Aimak JSC consists of three people.
