/KASE, October 11, 2022/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by
a decision of the sole shareholder dated October 6, 2022, the following changes
were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- excluded: R. Sadykov – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director;
- elected: S. Tyutebayev – member of the Board of Directors, A. Zhubayev –
member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy
JSC consists of seven people: N. Kazutin, A. Repin, A. Kashkinbekov, Y.
Zharkeshov, A. Zhubayev, V. Ogai, S. Tyutebayev.
