listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decision
of its sole partner dated September 30, 2022: "To issue on the regulated securities
market the coupon bonds of the Partnership (ISIN KZ2D00005949, ticker NCOMb1)
in the number of not more than 2,363,000 ... bonds".
