/KASE, October 10, 2022/ – Aidarly Project JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated October 3, 2022, the
following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- Excluded: S. Thai – member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
A. Zharmagambetov – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: G. Beissekeyeva – member of the Board of Directors, independent
director, K. Mangulov – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Aidarly Project
JSC consists of three people: A. Toktagali, G. Beissekeyeva, K. Mangulov.
