/KASE, October 5, 2022/ – Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
held on October 3, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to change the name of the company to Life Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC;
- to change the company's insurance activities from the "general insurance"
industry to the "life insurance" industry;
- to give preliminary consent to the accession of Life Insurance Company
"Centras Kommesk Life" JSC with Life Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC.
