/KASE, October 3, 2022/ – Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary
general meeting of its shareholders will begin on November 1, 2022 at 10:00
o'clock, with the agenda including the following issues:
- on determining an audit organization for auditing the company's financial
statements for 2022;
- on conclusion of a major deal between the company and Eurasian Development Bank.
