Issue of MEOKAM-108#4 failed

/IRBIS, November 24, 03/ - Today the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan conducted an auction for floatation of the fourth issue MEOKAM with 3285- day circulation term (KZK2KY090043), the planned issue volume was KZT4,500 m. and limit for non-competitive bids was equal to 30%. According to the issuer's information, the issue has been recognized as failed on account of unsatisfactory price conditions, which were stated by dealers and their clients. [2003-10-24]
