Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about the 3rd coupon payment on its bonds of the 2nd issue

/KASE, November 24, 03/ - Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan OJSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that on November 21 of 2003, in accordance with issue terms, the bank paid the third coupon interest to holders of indexed on tenge devaluation level bonds of the second issue (KZ2CKY05A556; KASE's official "А" listing category; HSBKb2; KZT1,000, KZT2,042.0 m.; May 21, 02 - May 21, 07, semi-annual coupon 8.0% APR). According to the issuer's information sum of the payment taking into account income tax was KZT78,058,798.14. Judging on the mentioned sum of charging, by register fixation date (October 21, 03) the whole volume of registered bonds was in circulation. [2003-11-24]
