/KASE, September 27, 2022/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by
a decision of the Board of Directors dated September 15, 2022, V. Ogai was
elected the senior independent director of the company.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Samruk-Energy
JSC consists of six people: N. Kazutin, A. Repin, A. Kashkinbekov, Y. Zharkeshov,
R. Sadykov, V. Ogai.
