/KASE, September 26, 2022/ – Central Asian Electric Power Corporation JSC
(Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the annual general meeting of
shareholders held on September 21, 2022.
Shareholders, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's consolidated financial statements for 2021;
- to make a decision on non-payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the
company for 2021.
Decisions on a total of 14 agenda items were made during the general meeting of
shareholders.
