/KASE, September 23, 2022/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (Aktobe), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated
September 20, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the
Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Yessenzhulov – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: S. Prokopiyev – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Transnational
Company Kazchrome JSC consists of five people: S. Prokopiyev, S. Shakhazhanov,
D. Rakhmatullayev, B. Bekmurzayev, B. Toleuov.
