/KASE, September 22, 2022/ – As announced earlier, on September 22, 2022, the
Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the
following bonds of Logycom JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official
list's main market:
- KZ2C00008878 (LOGCb3; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual coupon, to be
determined based on results of the first successful trades on bond offering;
30/360);
- KZ2C00008886 (LOGCb4; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon, will
be determined based on results of the first successful trades on bond offering;
30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is September 23,
2022.
The opening of trades in the said bonds on KASE also be announced additionally.
