/KASE, September 19, 2022/ – Microfinance organization "Niet Credit" LLP
(Shymkent), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of partners
dated September 12, 2022, the following changes were made in the composition
of the Management Board:
- excluded: A. Amanbayeva – member of the Management Board;
- elected: M. Zabolotnaya – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Microfinance
organization "Niet Credit" LLP consists of three people: G. Pazylova, I.
Korobetskaya, M. Zabolotnaya.
