/KASE, September 16, 2022/ – KazTransOil JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following press release dated September 16, 2022:

"KazTransOil" JSC hereby informs that by the Order of acting Chairman of the
Committee for Natural Monopolies Regulation under the Ministry of National
Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 13, 2022 No. 144-OD,
the tariff is approved for the regulated service of "KazTransOil" JSC for oil
transshipment at N. Shmanov Oil Pumping Station to the Kenkiyak-Atyrau oil
pipeline in the amount of KZT37.23 per 1 ton (excluding VAT).
The specified tariff is effective from October 1, 2022.
Previously, a tariff of KZT30.5 per 1 ton (excluding VAT) was applied.
