/KASE, September 15, 2022/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
the decisions of its sole shareholder dated September 5, 2022:
- to increase the number of authorized common shares of the company by 830,004;
- to issue ordinary shares of the company in the number of 830,004 pieces at
the offering price of 10,000 tenge per share;
- National company "QazaqGaz" JSC in accordance with the established procedure
in accordance with the preemptive purchase right to purchase 830,004 ordinary
shares at an offering price of 10,000 tenge per share by paying in cash in the
amount of 8,300,040,000 tenge.
