From September 14 bonds of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund of six issues included in "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market

/KASE, September 14, 2022/ – As announced earlier, on September 13, 2022, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: 1) KZ2C00008902 (KFUSb44; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual floating coupon, rate equals TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, margin will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds placement; actual/365); 2) KZ2C00008910 (KFUSb45; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual floating coupon, the rate is equal to TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, the margin will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds offering; actual/365); 3) KZ2C00008928 (KFUSb46; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual floating coupon, rate equals TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, margin will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds offering; actual/365); 4) KZ2C00008936 (KFUSb47; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual floating coupon, rate equals TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, margin will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds offering; actual/365); 5) KZ2C00008944 (KFUSb48; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 7 years; semi-annual floating coupon, rate equals TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, margin will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds offering; actual/365); 6) KZ2C00008951 (KFUSb49; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 7 years; semi-annual floating coupon, the rate is equal to TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, the margin will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds offering; actual/365). The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is September 14, 2022. The opening of trades in the said bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
