/KASE, September 13, 2022/ – AMF Group JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on
October 14, 2022 by absentee voting.
The sole issue on the agenda is the election of the counting commission of AMF
Group JSC.
