/KASE, September 13, 2022/ – KazTransOil JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
notice of holding on October 19, 2022 an extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders through absentee voting.
The only issue on the agenda of the meeting is the issue of making amendments
to the charter of KazTransOil JSC.
