Common shares KZ1C00014562 (ADRP) of Aidarly Project passed listing procedure on KASE in "shares" sector of alternative market

/KASE, September 13, 2022/ – On September 12, 2022, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include common shares KZ1C00014562 of Aidarly Project JSC (Almaty) in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally. According to the certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on state registration of the issue of authorized shares dated July 1, 2022, the issue of shares of Aidarly Project JSC is divided into 2,893,060 ordinary shares. The financial consultant of Aidarly Project JSC is SkyBridge Invest JSC (Almaty). These shares have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) ADRP. The main activities of Aidarly Project JSC – exploration and production, processing of copper ores.
