Listing Commission of KASE made decision to include bonds KZ2C00008969 (KMGZpp1) of National company "KazMunayGaz" in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, September 13, 2022/ – On September 12, 2022, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00008969 (KZT1,000, KZT751,631,400,000; 13 years and 1 month; semi-annual coupon, 3.00 % per annum; 30/360) of National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Nur-Sultan) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) KMGZpp1. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2022-09-13]
