/KASE, September 8, 2022/ – National company Food contract corporation
JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder
dated August 27, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of
the Board of Directors:
- removed: S. Omarov – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: A. Juvashev – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National
company Food contract corporation JSC consists of seven people: A. Tamabek,
Y. Birtanov, D. Yenkebayev, K. Orazayev, Zh. Dairabayev, Y. Akhmetov, A.
Juvashev.
