/KASE, September 5, 2022/ – National company Food contract corporation
JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of
Directors dated August 19, 2022, the following changes were made to the
composition of the company's Management Board:
- excluded: K. Karaulov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, A.
Bektemirov – member of the Management Board;
- elected: D. Dautov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, A. Ashimov
– member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of National
company Food contract corporation JSC consists of five people: A. Juvashev, D.
Dautov, T. Omarov, T. Zakaryanov, A. Ashimov.
