/KASE, September 5, 2022/ – KoZhan JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the
decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 27, 2022.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2021;
- to spend the company's net income for 2021 in the amount of 22,199,507,000
tenge and retained earnings for 2014–2020 in the amount of 76,682,516,200
tenge on payment of dividends on the company's ordinary shares.
