officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on September 26,
2022 at 11:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders;
- on conclusion by the company of major interested party transactions.
