/KASE, September 1, 2022/ – Karazhyra JSC (Semey), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the
payment from August 25 to November 22, 2022 of dividends on common shares
KZ1C00001296 (KASE main market, category "standard", KZHR) for 2021 at
KZT2,800 per share for a total amount of KZT2.8 bn.
