/KASE, August 31, 2022/ – ForteLeasing JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated August 24, 2022, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- excluded: Sh. Nurumbet;
- elected: Y. Tashenov
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of ForteLeasing
JSC consists of three people: Y. Tashenov, A. Sadybekov, M. Zhakezhanov.
