ATFBank OJSC (Kazakhstan) attracted a new syndicated loan for the total amount of $62 mn in cooperation with ABN AMRO Bank

/KASE, November 18, 03/ - ATFBank OJSC (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with official letter about the fact that it attracted another syndicated loan for the total amount of USD62 mn. "25 foreign banks took part in the syndication. ABNO AMRO Bank performed as the arranger of this syndication", - the announcement of ATFBank states. From the announcement it follows that the syndicated loan was attracted for the period of one year with extension option for another year at LIBOR+2.25% APR.
