officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following press release dated August 24, 2022:

JSC KazTransOil hereby informs that by the order of the Chairman of the
Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National
Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 19, 2022 №121-PA as of
September 1, 2022, the Order №131-PA of the Acting Chairman of the Committee
for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the
Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 26, 2021 "On approval of a temporary
compensating tariff for a regulated service for pumping oil to the domestic
market of the Republic of Kazakhstan through trunk pipelines system of the JSC
KazTransOil was canceled.
From this date, the temporary compensating tariff for a regulated service for
pumping oil to the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan through trunk
pipelines system in the amount of 4 328,04 tenge per 1 ton per 1000 km,
excluding VAT, approved by Order №117-PA of the Chairman of the Committee
for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the
Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 29, 2021.
