/KASE, August 19, 2022/ – As previously announced, on August 19, 2022, the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the
following bonds of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP (Almaty) in
the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:
- KZ2P00008782 (MFOKb5, KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 180 days; 18.00 % per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2P00008790 (MFOKb6, $100, $5.0 mln; 180 days; 8.25 % APR; 30/360);
- KZ2P00008808 (MFOKb7, $100, $10.0 mln; 360 days; 10.00 % per annum; 30/360).
This decision of the Management Board came into effect on August 19, 2022.
The opening of trades in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
