/KASE, August 12, 2022/ – Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of its intention
to pay on August 12, 2022 dividends on ordinary shares KZ1C00000694 (KASE main
market, category "standard", KSNF) to the sole shareholder of the company for
the second half of 2019, 2020, 2021 and the first quarter of 2022 at
KZT956,103.60 per ordinary share for a total amount of KZT95,610,360,242.00.
