/KASE, August 15, 2022/ – KM GOLD JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the Board of Directors dated July 29, 2022, A. Rakhimov was elected
the Chairman of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of KM GOLD JSC
consists of three persons: A. Rakhimov, N. Yergazin, D. Nurlybek.
