/KASE, August 15, 2022/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company
JSC (Aktau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the annual general meeting of its
shareholders held on August 8, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2021;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2021;
- to retain the company's net income for 2021 in the amount of 1,225,283,000
tenge at the disposal of the company for implementation of the investment
program for 2022.
