/KASE, August 3, 2022/ – National company Food contract corporation JSC
(Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated July
27, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of
Directors:
- removed: Zh. Osserbay – Chairman of the Board of Directors, A. Buribayev –
member of the Board of Directors, A. Ospanov – member of the Board of
Directors, K. Otarov – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: A. Tamabek – member of the Board of Directors, Y. Birtanov –
member of the Board of Directors, D. Yenkebayev – member of the Board of
Directors, K. Orazayev – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National
company Food contract corporation JSC consists of seven people: A. Tamabek,
Y. Birtanov, D. Yenkebayev, K. Orazayev, Zh. Dairabayev, Y. Akhmetov, S.
Omarov.
