The company's financial statements for 2021 were audited by Deloitte LLP.
According to the auditor's report, which contains a qualified opinion, the
consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the
consolidated financial position of Central Asian Electric Power Corporation JSC
and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2021, and their consolidated financial
results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended as of the specified date
in accordance with the IFRS.
