/KASE, July 29, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that on August 27, 2022 at 16:00 o'clock, an extraordinary general
meeting of its shareholders will begin, the only issue on the agenda of which is
the issue of making changes to the minutes of the annual general meeting of
shareholders dated May 30, 2022 on the agenda item "On approval of the
procedure for distributing net income for 2021 and the amount of dividend per
ordinary share of the bank".
