Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Kazakhstan) intends to increase its liabilities by $80.0 m

/KASE, November 12, 03/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating under official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange CJSC (KASE), informed KASE with official letter about the fact that on November 8, 2003 results of proxy voting by shareholders have been summarized. Participants discussed the issue concerning increase of its liabilities by an amount comprising 10% and more of its shareholders' equity. The majority of Bank CenterCredit OJSC shareholders' votes adopted the following decision: - to obtain credit lines in amount of USD/EUR10 million up to 7 years from Holland development bank (FMO) and German development bank(DEG); - to attract a syndicated loan for $70 m with maturity in 3 years.
