/KASE, July 28, 2022/ – EKOTON+ JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 22, 2022.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's consolidated and separate financial statements for
2021;
- based on results of 2021, part of the net income in the amount of
KZT215,841,667 shall be directed to payment of dividends;
- to specify the dividend payment period: July 24 – October 23, 2022;
- to approve the amount of dividend per ordinary share – KZT1,918.59.
