/KASE, July 26, 2022/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on July 11, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's consolidated financial statements for 2021;
- to spend the net income of the company in the amount of 89,366,727
thousand tenge earned in 2021 on the development of production; neither
accrue nor pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company based on the
results of 2021.
Decisions on a total of five items on the agenda were made at the general
meeting of shareholders.
