/KASE, July 25, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange)
announces that on July 27, 2022 an offering of preferred shares KZ1P00014559
(KASE main market, category "standard", SABRp) of Insurance company "Sinoasia B&R"
JSC (Almaty) will be conducted in KASE's trading system by way of subscription
to them.
BCC Invest - Subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit (hereinafter – the
Seller) will act as the seller during the subscription to said shares.
The number of shares being offered – 55,000 pieces. The share price in tenge is
indicated as the price in the order with an accuracy of up to the second decimal
place.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on July 27, 2022 from 10:30 to
12:00 o'clock, Nur-Sultan time. As part of the subscription, only limit
orders are collected.
The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is July 27, 2022, the date of submission by the Seller of the register
of executed orders to the Exchange is July 27, 2022; the settlement date is
July 27, 2022. The Central Securities Depository JSC will carry out
settlements.
Orders for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange only

According to this subscription's terms the list of additional information on the
investor disclosed to the Seller of said shares includes the following
information:
1) the surname, first name, patronymic (if any) of the individual or the name of
the legal entity;
2) IIN of an individual or BIN of a legal entity.
