/KASE, July 22, 2022/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 4, 2022, K. Tileubayev was
elected as the Chairman of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of AstanaGas
KMG JSC consists of four people K. Tileubayev, A. Sermagulov, T. Altybayeva,
A. Shynybayev.
