/KASE, July 22, 2022/ – Karazhyra JSC (Semey), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 5, 2022, the
following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:
- V. Jumanbaev – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- M. Nagataev – member of the Board of Directors;
- M. Kydyrov – independent director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Karazhyra JSC
consists of three people.
