JSC National Atomic Company "Kazatomprom" ("Kazatomprom" or "the Company")
announces that the payment of dividends for 2021, which began 15 July 2022 to
shareholders of record as at 14 July 2022 (00:00 local time (GMT+6), was
completed on 19 July 2022. A total of KZT 227,388,312,497.92 (two hundred
twenty-seven billion three hundred eighty-eight million three hundred twelve
thousand four hundred ninety seven tenge 92 tiyn) or KZT 876.74 per one
ordinary share (one GDR is equal to one ordinary share) was paid out to the
Company's shareholders, according to the decision adopted by the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders (minutes No. 1 of 27 May 2022).
